Obituary
Wanda Lee Davidson Hale, 94, of Garrard County, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at her home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Floyd Hale.
Wanda was born on December 31, 1928 in Lincoln County, KY to the late John and Margaret Woods Davidson Middleton.
Surviving is a daughter, DJ Hale of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Linda "Shelly" Hale(Billy Boggs) of Lancaster, Rachel Hale Drew(Grady) of Bowling Green, Jennifer Hale Pevley (Ray) of Lancaster, three great grandchildren, Joshua Hale, Jade Pevley, and Eli Pevley.
Along with her husband and her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by two sons, Rickey Van Hale and David Allen Hale.
Funeral services are 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Browning officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers are Ray Pevley, Wayne Prewitt, Doug Hale, Artie Bourne, Grady Drew, and Ernie Meeks.
Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Moberly, Joshua Hale, Eli Pevley, and Billy Boggs.
In Lieu of flowers donations in Wanda’s memory can be made to Heritage Hospice.
