Theresa Newton

Theresa Newton, 88, of Garrard County, KY passed away February 9, 2024 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 3, 1935 in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania to the late Richard and Constance Brecket Delowery. Theresa was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Newton.

Theresa is survived by three sons, Gary Newton (Carol) of Pennsylvania, Carl Newton (Terri) of Pennsylvania and John Newton (Karen) of Lancaster; six grandchildren Lauren Newton, Andrea Newton, Katie Newton, Michael Newton, Jeremy Newton and Connie Delowery.

Along with her husband, Theresa was preceded in death by a brother, Warren Delowery.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Browning officiating.

Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Garden.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
