Stephen N. Prewitt, 70, passed away February 9, 2021 at Baptist Health Paducah. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on November 16, 1950 to the late Clifton and Patsy Grigsby Prewitt.
Stephen worked in the horse racing industry for many years. He was a fun loving, silly kind of guy. He loved to dance and loved to travel.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Cambre (David) of Mandeville, Louisiana and two grandchildren, Mason and Hannah Cambre of Louisiana. He is preceded in death by a brother, Clifton Prewitt.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
