Obituary

Stacey Nicole Morgan, 42, of Lancaster, passed away February 17, 2022 in Lancaster. She was born March 16, 1979 in Garrard County to Peggy Teater Derringer of Lancaster and the late Junior Franklin Morgan.  

Stacey graduated from Garrard County High School and was a member of Lancaster Church of the Nazarene. She loved her children, family, and friends dearly. Stacey had a smile that would light up a room and will be remembered for her contagious laugh.   

She is survived by her mother, Peggy; a son, Tyler Franklin Cornett and a daughter, Hannah Brooke Cornett, both of Lancaster; two brothers, Donnie Case (Kelly) and Mike Case (Michelle), both of Illinois; nieces and nephews,  Megin Case, Anna Margret Case, Makenzie Case, Haden Case and Ian Case, uncle, Larry Teater of Lancaster;  several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 7pm Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Rev. Dwayne Lobb officiating. Visitation will be 5-7pm on Tuesday.
