Rushell Ann Blair, 57, of Lancaster, passed away Monday March 6, 2023 in Frankfort, KY. Rushell was born on December 6, 1965 in Fayette County, KY to Shirley Willoughby and the late Robert Staley.
Surviving is her mother, Shirley Willoughby of Louisville ; three children, Shawn Blair (Sara) of Nicholasville; a daughter, Samantha Cain (Ethan) of Lancaster, and Brandon Winkle of Lexington; four grandchildren, Carson Blair, Auriella Blair, Alexia Cobb, and Danilynn Cain.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday March 9, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jamie Hamilton officiating.
Visitation will be 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Shawn Blair, Ethan Cain, Kody Boyd, Christian Cain, Stoney Blair, and Zach Day.
