Roy Hall

Roy C. Hall, 83, of Lancaster, passed away January 30, 2023 at Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. He was born August 27, 1939 in Garrard County to the late Amon and Lucy Davis Hall. Roy is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Mize Hall.

Roy was a lifetime farmer and plumber. He was a faithful member of Lancaster Church of the Nazarene.

Also surviving are two sons, Shannon Hall and Troy Lee Hall (Lisa) both of Garrard County; six grandchildren, Matthew Beard, Amon Hall, Rachel Rayburn(GeorgeMichael), Sarah Teabo (Austin), Noah Hall (Elizabeth) and Abagail Hall; five great-grandchildren, Jenna, Thomas, Emma, Samuel, and Uriah.

He is preceded in death by his wife and brothers, Dan, Clayton, Hubert, Jesse, Everett, Frank, Calvin, Virgil, and Aha Hall and sisters, Ethel Carrier, Letha Glenn, Christine Blakeman, Mary Morrow, and Wilma Jean Hall.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dwayne Lobb and Bro. Daryl Hodge officiating.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00PM Friday, February 3, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie C. Morrow, Eddie J. Morrow, Jerry Walton, GeorgeMichael Rayburn, Austin Teabo, and Chris Mize.

Honorary pallbearers are grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
