Robert "Lee" Collins, 23, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 in Lexington, KY. He was born on February 26, 1997 in Boyle County, KY to Robert Lee Sr. and Katrena Carpenter Collins of Shelbyville, KY. Lee graduated from Garrard County High School in 2015. He worked at Black Manor Farm in Shelbyville, KY.

Also surviving are two brothers, Austin and Dylan Collins both of Shelbyville; a sister, Kimberly Collins of Shelbyville; Maternal Grandparents, Dallas Carpenter and Peggy Adams of Lancaster; Paternal Grandparents, Alice Collins and the late Wallace Collins; many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Lee loved his dog, Haydees very much and they were best buddies. 

A public “DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY” visitation will be held from 4:00 PM -7:00 PM on Thursday May 14, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home. 

A private funeral service will be held Friday May 15, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel. 

The funeral service will be live streamed on Spurlin Funeral Home of Lancaster Facebook page for public viewing at 1:00 PM Friday May 15, 2020.

A private graveside service will be on Saturday May 16, 2020 in Hyden, KY.
