Rebecca “Becky” Ann Phillips Adams, 83, of Lancaster, passed away December 20, 2025 at her home. She was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky to the late Ernest L. and O’Lillian Taylor Phillips. Becky was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Louis Adams, Sr. 

Becky spent her life as a caretaker of her family. Making sure that all her children and grandchildren were loved and taken care of. She was encouraging, loving ,and enjoyed to the fullest what the Good Lord gave her. Becky and Daniel loved to camp and were wonderful gardeners.

Surviving are three sons, Stevan Adams (Violet) of Waynesburg, Kentucky, Daniel Adams, Jr. (Christina) of Shelbyville, Indiana, and Brian Adams (Chris) of Temple, Texas; three daughters, Tammy Highley (Greg) of Lancaster, Dana Raines (Larry) of Lancaster and Kimberly Bustle (Earl) of Mt. Vernon; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two siblings, Ernest Phillips (Donna) of Harrodsburg and Joyce Woolums of Richmond, Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Becky is preceded in death by her husband; brothers, John and Thomas Phillips and a sister, Catherine Phillips McCoy. 

Visitation will be held from 12pm-1pm on Friday, December 26, 2025 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel. A private family graveside will follow at Lancaster Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be Michael Highley, Eric Medina, Jeremy Adams, Andrew Highley, Canaan Lowe, and Matthew Raines.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Adams, Jonathan Medina, Cruz White, Trey Grubbs, and Tyler Norman.
