Peggy Rector

Peggy Rector, 87, of Lexington, passed away November 28, 2021 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born on August 16, 1934 in Cumberland, Kentucky to the late Fess and Juanita Roark. She is survived by her husband, Adrian Rector.

She was an Office manager for many years and a member of First Baptist in Martin, Kentucky.

Surviving is a son, Ricky Rector (Ida) of Lancaster, daughter, Cindy Rector of Lexington, sister, Emma Goode of Lexington, grandchildren, Billy Akers, Thomas Rector, Robert Rector, Trevor Rector and Jared Hall; great-grandchildren, Mack Rector, Wade Rector, Polly Rector, Loren-Ashley Pritchett, Bradley Rector, Michael Rector, Mia Hall, and Emily Hall.

She is preceded in death by a son, Brant Steven Rector, a daughter, Ava Kay Rector, a grandchild, Jamie Lynn Rector, and a sister, Georgia Ann Sprinkle.

A visitation will be on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 12-2pm at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 11am Monday, December 6, 2021 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
