Patsy Gilliam

Patsy Ann Preston Gilliam, 81, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Landmark of Lancaster. She was born in Garrard County on July 9, 1937 to the late Earl and Marie Tipton Preston. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert Gilliam, Jr.

Patsy was a faithful member of Scotts Fork Christian Church. She loved the Lord and loved her family. Patsy was an avid reader, loved cooking, word searches and loved to crochet hats for people. 

Surviving are two sons, Tony and Greg Gilliam of Lancaster; two daughters, Jennifer Carmella Ervin(Charles) of Lancaster and Shelia Gilliam of Lancaster; two brothers, Virgil and Kinnard Preston of Mitchellsburg; three siisters, Nina Gilliam (George), Leoma Turner and Bonnie Ledford, all of Lancaster; six grandchildren: Krista Gilliam, Kayla Gilliam, Courtney Ervin, Amber Ervin, Joshua Gilliam and Aundrea Ervin; and three great -grandchildren, Emma Ervin, Mila Ervin and Isabelle Medrano.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers, James Earl Preston and David Preston.  

Funeral services 11:00 AM Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Scotts Fork Christian Church with Bro. Odis Clark officiating. Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2019 from 5-8 PM at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Josh Gilliam, Danny Burton, John White, Tim May, Clay Parsons and Charles Ervin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Members of Scotts Fork Christian Church.
