Mary Thompson Potter, 70, Poor Ridge Pike, Lancaster, Kentucky passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022. She was born on March 14, 1952 in Whitley City, KY to the late Joe and Mable Thompson.
Mary was a member of Gunns Chapel Methodist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Dennis Manning of Lancaster; two sons, Ralph Lee Vanover of Junction City, and Roger Dale Potter II (Katlin) of Lancaster; a daughter, Jeannie Vanover of Lancaster; three brothers, Danny Thompson of Ohio, David Thompson of Whitley City, Terry Thompson of Whitley City; nine grandchildren, Brandon Vanover, Candice Herbert, Allen Herbert, Jacob Vanover, Nicholas Vanover, Marshall Vanover, Sabrina Denny, Riley Potter, and Emiley Potter; and two great-grandchildren, Zachary Jackson, and Brailey Vanover.
Mary was also preceded in death by siblings, Marshall Thompson, JoAnn Belcher, Thelma Thompson, Patrick Stevens, and Bob Thompson; and a grandchild, Nathaniel Denny.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be 12:00 PM until service time.
Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
