Lucille Ballard ,88, of Pulaski County, formerly of Lancaster, passed away Thursday October 29, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional in Somerset, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Edison Ballard. Lucille was born on December 20, 1931 to the late Robert and Margaret Mulligan.

Lucille is survived by her son, Paul Ballard of Stanford; six grandchildren and twelve great grand children.

Along with her husband, Lucille was preceded in death by a son, Marvin Ballard; two daughter, Patricia Henry and Carol Ballard; three brothers, Bud Mulligan, Hunter Mulligan and Tatum Mulligan; one sister, Kay Thompson.

Funeral service will be 6:00 PM Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Browning officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 5 from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
