Lois Rutherford, 90, of Fisher Ford Road, passed away at home with her family on October 19, 2025. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Richmond, Kentucky on Big Hill Avenue. 

She was preceded in death by her parents of Elmer and Gracie Madden Land; one sister, Mafrey Agee; five brothers, Billy, Thomas, Lonnie, Ellis, and Dale Land and a grandchild, Little Jerry Rutherford. 

Surviving are her children, James Thomas Rutherford, Judy Gail Rutherford Adams, Jerry Raymond Rutherford (Lisa), Ricky Dale Rutherford, and Sandra Kay Rutherford Kirby; grandchildren, Leslie Kirby (Zach), Ashley Kirby (Justin), Bridgett Adams (Nick), Rocky Adams (Haley), and Rebecca Durham; great-grandchildren, Aleeha, Aubree, Alydia, Jaiden, Cameron, Mercedes, Kameron, Skyler, Antonio, Matthew, Shawn, Rachel, and Brantley; and great-great grandchildren, Little Ricky and Kayden.

A private family service will be held.
