Linda Weaver

Linda Weaver, 66, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.  Linda was born on December 20, 1956 in Garrard County, KY to the late John and Melinda Faye Johnson. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Weaver.

She was a member of Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Lancaster, KY.

Surviving are two sons, Michael Weaver (Tammie) of McKinney and James Weaver Jr. (Elizabeth) of Hustonville; two brothers, Tommy Johnson of Danville and Johnny Johnson (Sandy) of Lancaster; four sisters, Sally Spears (Larry) of Lancaster, Shirley Brickey of Lancaster, Louise McQueary of Lancaster, and Peggy Burton of Parksville; three grandchildren, Breanne, James Cody, and Morgan Weaver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Earl Johnson, Buddy Johnson, and two sisters, Faye Ballard and Mammie Johnson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Thurman Pearson officiating. 

Visitation will be 12:00 noon until service time.

Burial will be in Pentecostal Fellowship Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Clifton McQueary, Jacob "Duck" Johnson, Trevor "Turtle" Johnson, Justin Alford, Devin Adams, and Michael Gamble.

Honorary pallbearers are Kim Durham, Kelly Johnson, Kara Asberry, Harmony Johnson, Jessica Spears, and Flecia Spears.
