Juanita Rousey

Juanita Rousey, 55, of High Bridge Road, passed away at her home on September 27, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 26, 1965 in Lincoln County to the late Willard and Opal Bishop Adams. Juanita is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Mark Alan Rousey.

She was a homemaker. A devoted wife, Momma, sister, Granny and friend. She was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church. 
Surviving is a daughter, Christy Necole Rousey of Lancaster, grandson, Caden Blaze Harrison, sisters, Dorthy Saylor (Dillard) of Garrard County, Wanda Toney (Butch) of Grayson, Ky, Carolyn Townsend (Dale) of Ohio, and Geraldine Elder (Kenny) of Georgetown, brothers, Randy Adams (Peggy) of Waynesburg and Eugene Adams of Waynesburg, and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Judy Petrey (Stanley) of Georgetown, Vivian Denny of Crab Orchard, Hershel Adams of Crab Orchard, Arlene Adams, and Junior Adams.

Funeral services will be 7pm Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Browning officiating. Visitation is from 4-7pm Wednesday.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Saylor, Ronnie Saylor, Bryan Saylor, Shane Turner, Hershel Adams, Jr. and Angie Allen.
