Joseph Nathaniel Denny

Joseph Nathaniel Denny, 30, of Garrard County, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 in Garrard County. He was born on December 9, 1990 in Lincoln County, KY to Jeannie Vanover Denny and the late Richard Denny. 

Joseph was a farmer and worked for Denny Tree Service. 

He was a member of New Antioch Christian Church.

Surviving is a brother, Marshall Vanover; two sisters, Sabrina Michelle Denny and Shyanne Denny; Maternal Grandparents, Louis and Judy Denny; Paternal grandmother, Mary Potter; nieces Neaven Chappell and Braylee Vanover; and nephews, Zachary Jackson, Jayshawn Chappell, and Cassius Chappell.

Along with his father, Joseph was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather, Willy Denny, and paternal grandfather, Marshall Vanover Sr.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Tara Hall officiating. 

Visitation will be 10:30 AM until service time on Sunday.

Burial will be at Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery in Crab Orchard, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Sabrina Denny, Marshall Vanover, Brandon Vanover, Jeff Holver, Brett Martin, and Edward Preston.
