Obituary
James “Jimbo” William Flynn, 65, of Lancaster, passed away September 9, 2023 in Lancaster. He was born July 1, 1958 in Garrard County to James Edward and Wanda McQuerry Flynn of Paint Lick.
He was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. He graduated from Garrard County High School. He enjoyed spending time outside and on the farm. He owned his own business, where he operated it for over 20 years.
Along with his parents, he is survived by a son, Jameson Flynn (Bethany) of Lancaster; grandchildren, Presley Harper Flynn, Skylar Molen Teague, and Mayson Molen and 1 great-grandchild, Wyatt Ivy Teague.
Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Johnny Baker officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Manse Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Keith Castle, Robbie Castle, Bryon McQuerry, Doug Simpson, Clint McQuerry and Shane McQuerry.
