Jerry Kinnaird Hatfield, 78, of Garrard County, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at his home. He is survived by his loving wife, Delores of Lancaster. Jerry was born on April 21, 1944 in Danville, KY to the late Everett and Jewell Peace Hatfield. 

Jerry was a mechanic for Wade Moter Company in Danville for over 43 years. He was of the Baptist faith.

Along with his wife Delores, he is survived by a son, Kenny Hatfield of Lancaster; special grandchildren, Nancy Perez, Juan Perez, and Jesus Perez; nephew, Wendall Hatfield (Karen) of Lancaster; a niece, Sherry Carter (Mack) of Danville; Good friends, Alma Perez and Juan Juarez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Hatfield.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dwayne Dasher officiating

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Paint Lick Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jerry Carpenter, Tony Carpenter, Bobby Carpenter, Juan Juarez, Juan Perez, and Steven Goins.
