Jennifer “Carmella” Ervin, 55, of Lancaster, passed away November 7, 2021. She was born in Garrard County in August 22, 1966 to the late Albert and Patsy Preston Gilliam. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Charles Ervin.

She loved to read, George Strait, and dearly loved her family. Carmella was a faithful member of Scott’s Fork Christian Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Courtney Ervin of Danville, Amber Ervin of Nicholasville, and Aundrea Ervin of Lancaster; grandchildren, Emma Tackett, Mila Roberts and Isabelle Medrano; brothers, Greg and Tony Gilliam of Lancaster and a sister, Sheila Gilliam.

Funeral Services will be 11am Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Scotts Fork Christian Church with Bro. Odis Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Scotts Fork Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Spurlin Funeral Home of Lancaster.

Pallbearers will be Lee Medrano, Daniel Gilbert, Josh Gilliam, Tim May, Danny Burton, Andy White and Tyler Garrett.

Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Gilliam, Tony Gilliam, Toni Lear, Pam May, Georgia Parsons, Becky Burton, Krista Gilliam, and Kayla Gilliam.
