Obituary
Jeffery Lee Hatfield, 58, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at his home. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia on January 9, 1964 to Deloris Jean Preston Constable of Danville and the late Bobby Lee Hatfield.
Jeffery worked at Asahi Bluegrass Forge in Richmond as a Mechanical Technician.
Along with his mother, Jeffery is survived by a daughter, Lauren Paige Hatfield of Stanford, a son, Joshua Craig Hatfield of Stanford; three sisters, Stacy Hatfield of Danville, Kathie (Randy) Campbell Williams of Casey County and Babette (Gordon) McRay of Harrodsburg; and two nephews, Jesse Layton and Zachary Sheene.
Jeffery was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, J.L. and Hazel Short Hatfield and maternal grandparents, Tom and Eva Boring Preston.
A private service will be held at a later date. Spurlin Funeral Home of Lancaster is handling all arrangements.
