Jason Allen Eugene Sparks

Jason Allen Eugene Sparks, 39, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 in Lexington, KY. He was born on March 19, 1982 in Fayette County to Allen Sparks(Alta) of Lancaster and Rebecca Lowery of Nicholasville. 

He was a member of Lancaster Full Gospel Outreach.

Jason loved to play the guitar and drums, he enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his girls. He loved to make people laugh and enjoyed his family. 

Jason loved working with his grandfather Gene Lowery in his asphalt sealing and striping business.

He is survived by his two daughters, Haley McKinsey and Alaina Jay Sparks of Waco; his maternal grandmother, Nancy Lowery of Nicholasville;  paternal grandfather Woody Sparks(Joann) of Nicholasville; a brother, David Sparks; and three sisters, Hannah and Sarah Sparks; and Raven Sowder(Daniel).
Jason was preceded in death by his grandmother  Mary Gail Sparks and grandfather Eugene Lowery.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday, November 26, 2021 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Travis Jackson officiating. 

Burial will follow in Lancaster Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time.

Pallbearers are Josh Reece, Charlie Vickery, T.C. Fraley, Ray Sparks, Troy Fraley, and Russell Sipe.
