Janice Hall

Janice Hall, 65, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, KY. Janice was born on March 13, 1958 in Lancaster to the late David and Eloise Adams Preston.

She was a receptionist and worked at the Family Ministries Center in Lancaster for many years. 

Janice loved her Church and Church Family at Scotts Fork Christian Church, where she was a member for many years.

Surviving is her loving husband, Jeffrey Hall of Lancaster; a son, Maverick Hall (Shelby Walls) of Lancaster; a daughter, Nicole Ellington (John Swope) of Lancaster; a sister, Marilyn Preston of Nicholasville; grandchildren, Wyatt Hall, Caleb Ellington, Cason Ellington, Ava Swope, and Ethan Swope; a special niece, Caitlin Johnson; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, and sister in law.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Odis Clark officiating. 

Visitation will be 6:00 - 9:00 PM Friday, May 5, 2023 at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers are Maverick Hall, Conner Scott, Tim May, Andy White, Tony Gilliam, and Danny Burton.
