Georgia Parmley, 71, of Wayne County, formerly of Garrard County, passed away October 16, 2025. She was born on August 9, 1954 in Jessamine County, KY to the late William Miller and Emma Smith Miller

Surviving is a son, Jeffrey Parmley of Jessamine County; a daughter, Carlotta Parmley of Garrard County ; two grandchildren, Kristen Parmley and Ryan Sexton; and three great-grandchildren, Addilyn Sexton, Aubree Sexton, and Phoenix Sexton. 

Georgia, along with her parents was preceded in death by three brothers, William Ethard Miller, Kenneth Miller, Luther Miller and three sisters, Ina Rose Miller Locker, Anna Mae Miller, and Shirley Ruth Miller. 

Visitation will be 4:00 PM until service time at the funeral home

Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Tuesday October 21, 2025 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Simmons officiating.
