Edwin "Bull" Lee Preston II, 35, of Lexington passed away August 22, 2025. He was born in Boyle County on September 20, 1989 to the late Edwin Preston and Maria McElroy Preston of Lancaster. 

Bull was a mechanic and a farmer, who loved to work in tobacco, hay and cattle. He enjoyed truck pulls and his family. 

Surviving is his companion, Shirley Anderson Preston; sisters, Rebecca Preston of Lancaster and Elizabeth Bast of Harrodsburg; sons, Joey Preston, Brylin Graham, Christopher Preston, Weston Anderson Preston and Eric Chadwell; daughters, Ellie Mae Preston, Cheyenne Chadwell, and Harley Preston; nephew, Jacob Vanover and nieces, Emilee Bast, Tayler Bast, Haylee Bast. 

Bull was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Lee Buster Preston and a son, Christopher Preston.  

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Daryl Hodge officiating. Burial will follow at Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service. 

Pallbearers will be Eric Bast, Rebecca Preston, Elizabeth Bast, Jacob Vanover, Eric “Tuffy” Chadwell, Dwayne Brown, Danny Anderson, and Cheyenne Chadwell. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Weston Preston, Terry Richardson, Emilee Bast, Tayler Bast, Haylee Bast, and Joey Preston
