Doris Ann McQueary, 60, of Lancaster, Kentucky passed away June 28, 2022 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born on October 15, 1961 in Madison County, KY to the late Lloyd and Geneva Hopkins Hammonds.

Surviving are two sons, Dylan Gomez (Sydney) of Eubank, KY, and Shon McQueary of London, KY; three daughters, Ashley McQueary (Dewayne), Hailey Gomez, and Candace McQueary all of Lancaster; four brothers, Gary Hammonds(Wanda) of Eubank, KY, Terry Hammonds of Sand Gap, KY, Lloyd Hammonds of Sand Gap and Steven Hammonds(Janie) of Berea, KY; three sisters, Lisa Gilliam of Stanford, KY, Teresa Warren(Carl) of Eubank, KY and Cleta Harrison of Sand Gap, KY; and five grandchildren, Hayden McQueary, Kylee McQueary, Zoey McQueary, Gavin McQueary, Nikita Gomez and one unborn grandchild(Gomez) all of Eubank, KY. She is also survived by one very special aunt, Loraine Masters of Kirksville, KY.

She was preceded in death by a son, Christian Blake McQueary, a brother, Michael Hammonds, a sister Judy Hammonds, her parents Lloyd and Geneva Hammonds, maternal grandparents, George and Rosie Hopkins of Lancaster, KY, paternal grandparents, Earnest and Pearlie Hammonds of Sand Gap, KY, and a unborn grandchild, Ashley.

Funeral services will be 1:00 Tuesday July 5, 2022 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Greg King officiating.

Visitation will be 4:00- 6:00 PM Monday July 4, 2022 at the funeral home.

Visitation will also be from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Gary Hammonds, Hayden McQueary, Jordan Warren, Tony Gilliam, Josh Gilliam, Dylan Gomez, Dewayne Gibson.
