Debra Katherine Howell

Debra Katherine Clouse Howell, 60, of Lawrenceburg, KY passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born on April 28, 1962 in Lexington to Ruth Means Clouse and the late William L. Clouse.

Debbie was a devout Christian and carried out the Lord's work wherever she could. An avid advocate of projects such as Journey Provisions, she made regular donations and contributions to help those in need. Her kindness extended beyond humanitarian aid and reached to the wildlife around her as well. She was well known for her fondness of the local birds, feeding and looking after them.

Along with her mother, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Chasity Milton (Martin) of Lawrenceburg; a granddaughter, Lakrissa Milton; two sisters, Pam Clouse of Versailles and Mattie Sims of Brooksville; a brother, Donald Clouse of Mount Sterling; three nieces, Shoshana Sims, Sherry Ferguson and Angela Barrett; two nephews, Hugh Sims and William Clouse and eight great nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Clouse and nephew, Michael Profitt.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Lancaster with Brother Michael Young officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
