David L. Eason, 42, of Lancaster, passed away April 10, 2026 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital. He was born on November 25, 1983 in South Carolina to the late Joe and Mildred Estes Eason. 

Surviving are two sons, James White and David Eason both of Richmond, KY; a girlfriend, Jennifer Horsley of Lancaster; three brothers, Tommy Eason, Joe Thomas Eason Jr, and Phillip Whitaker; and a sister, Tonya Eason all of South Carolina. He also had numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
