Clara E. Lane

Clara E. Lane, 76, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday October 11, 2020 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Surviving is her loving husband of 50 years, Ronnie of Lancaster.

She was born July 28, 1944 in Garrard County to Alfred and Mattie Gibson Vaught. 

Clara was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church. 

Also surviving is a son, Matt Lane(Becky) of Lancaster; a daughter, Missy Shelton(Eric) of Nicholasville; a brother-in- law, Donald Simpson; and two grandchildren, Joshua Lockard and Brody Lane. 

Clara was also proceeded in death by a sister, Blanche Simpson.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Thursday October 15, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Keith Weldon officiating. 

Visitation will be 3:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers are Donald Simpson, Chad Shepard, Josh Lockard, Jerry Burdine, Ronnie Saylor, Ricky Boyd, Dathan Lane, and David Richards.
