Casey Michael O'Hearn

Casey Michael O'Hearn, 34, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday,May 9, 2019 at his home. He was born in Boyle County on October 2, 1984 to Charles Michael and Carolyn Gilbert O’Hearn. 

Casey was a musician and was lead guitarist in the band 100% Angus - Prime Time. Casey had a heart of gold and always put others before himself. He was very loving, caring and compassionate. He loved to help out the homeless. 

Casey is survived by three brothers, Charlie O’Hearn (Jennifer) of St. Louis, Ryan Nicholas O’Hearn of Lancaster and Benjamin Scobee O’Hearn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Casey was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew “Dude” O’Hearn. 

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Rodney Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas O’Hearn, Charlie O’Hearn, Scobee O’Hearn, Marcus Hubbard, Brandon Surber, Jeremy Walden, Josh Pike and Mark Pike.
