Carol Kerr Obituary

Carol Joyce Sykes Kerr, 80, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Landmark of Lancaster. She was born September 10, 1941 to the late Norman J. Sykes and Margaret Kuehler Sykes. 


She is survived by a daughter, Stacey (Rodney) Montgomery of Lancaster and a son, Ed (Gina) Rahoi of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, Anthony Montgomery, Chelsea Lehman, Janelle Rahoi and EJ Rahoi; and eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, Steve (Mary) Moore of St. Louis and David (Darcy) Moore of St. Louis and a sister, Laurie (Jim) Skinner of Illinois.


She is preceded in death by her sister, Faye Stevens and grandson, Dustin Montgomery.


A Memorial Service will be held at 4pm March 20, 2022 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church 2896 Mt. Hebron Road Lancaster, Kentucky 40444 officiated by Rodney Montgomery. Visitation will be from 2pm until service time.
