Bobby G. Reed, 66, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Danville. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mona. 

Bobby was born on November 23, 1954 to Billie Jean Davis of Lancaster and the late William Reed.

Bobby was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Stanford. He worked for American Greeting and Norfork Southern where he retired after 30 years. 

Along with his wife, Bobby is survived by his mother, Billie Jean Davis of Lancaster;  a brother Douglas Reed of Lexington; a sister Cindy Barker (Ed) of Lancaster; a niece, Susan Burkhart of Lancaster; a great nephew, Blake Flannery of Lexington; a great-niece, Kayleigh Shankley of Pennsylvania; Uncles and Aunts, Larry and Karen Huffman of Lexington and Paul and Pat Huffman of Florida and Jane Merida of Lancaster;  special friends, Felix Reynolds(Carolyn), Paul, and Russell Reynolds; and a special part of the family, Freda Pendleton.

Bobby was preceded in death by step mother, Aileen Reed.

A memorial service will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Lancaster with Rev. Greg Warren, Rev. Vola Brown and Rev. Tom Graef officiating. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until the time of the service.
