Bobbie Rose Browning, 51, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
She was born on September 15, 1973 in Danville, KY to the late Bobby Clarence Smock and Rosie Mae Pike Smock.
Bobbie was a member of Lancaster Baptist Church, where she loved her church family and was very active in the church.
She was a Volunteer Leader for the Garrard County 4H Livestock Club. She helped keep books for Garrard County and Lindsey Wilson College Volleyball programs and Lancaster Baptist Upward Program.
She always had a smile on her face and a spunky attitude that would create an energy in any room she walked into.
Surviving is her loving husband, Robert Browning of Lancaster; two daughters, Faith Danielle Bishop (Trace) of Crab Orchard, KY and Charity Rose Browning of Columbia, KY; three grandchildren, Jagger Allen McKinley, Waylon Porter Bishop, and Salem Rose Bishop; sister, Linda Gail Smock Green (Harrison) and children, Avery Green and Carmen Green and sister, Margaret Ann Smock Stratton and her children, Whitney Stratton and Austin Lamb; father and mother-in-law, Danny (PePaw) Browning and Judy (MeMaw) Browning; sister in law, Cindy Martin (Ray); nephew, Roger Davis and niece, Sarah Beth Williams.
Visitation will be 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Saturday February 8, 2025 at Spurlin Funeral Home.
An additional visitation will be 1:00 - 3:00 pm Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Lancaster Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Lancaster Baptist Church with Pastor Matthew Cooke officiating.
A private graveside service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025 at Lancaster Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers are Harrison Green, Trace Bishop, Dr. Bilal Ahmad, Todd Yazell, Gary Johnson, Dr. James Werkmeister, Alex Alford, and Michael Dailey.
Honorary pallbearers are Jagger Allen McKinley, Waylon Porter Bishop, Salem Rose Bishop, Aaron Newton, Nehemiah Wilkinson, Scott Sowder, Doug Coyle, JR Zinner, and Roger Davis.
