Betty Katherine Graves, 86, of Lancaster, passed away Monday October 21, 2024 at Landmark of Lancaster. She was born in Rockcastle County in May 17, 1938 to the late Oscar and Emma Gilliam Barrett. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter Graves.
Betty worked at Palm Beach for over 27 years and was a member of Lancaster Baptist Church.
Betty is survived by two brothers, Oscar Barrett and James Barrett; two sisters, Vicki Short (Bobby) and Elsie Reed; grandchildren, Seth Rose, Justin Elliot, Cody Elliott, Jennifer Barrett Baugh (Josh), Chase Baugh, Hayden Baugh, Hope Rose, and Hayden Rose.
She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Graves, son Michael Barrett, two brothers, Tommy and William Barrett and sister Patsy Barrett.
A private burial will be held for Mrs. Graves.
Spurlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
