Augustine Emma Foley Hall, 85, of Lancaster, passed away October 3, 2019 at her home. She was born August 29, 1934 to the late Oscar and Anna Mae Ross Foley. Augustine is preceded in death by her husband, Logan Hall.
She was the head chef at Colonial Cottage in northern Kentucky for over eight years, active volunteer for Shriner’s Hospital, avid card player; loved archery, quilting and cooking and was a Kentucky Colonel. Augustine was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving is a daughter, Teresa Hall of Lancaster; brothers, Manford Foley (Kathleen) and F. C. Foley (Alleta), both of Lancaster; sisters, Hazel Lee Gill of Lancaster and Grace Simpson (Bobby) of Okeechobee, Florida grandchildren: Jamie Nicole Tumpan, Nedra Beth Caudill (James), Tiffany Jackson and Jami Jackson; great grandchildren: Bree Nicole Robinson, Shawn Caudill, Logan Caudill, Zack Jackson, Bryan Morlock, Dylan Jackson and Rain Cuneo; great-great grandchildren: Jaxon Robinson, Charlie Robinson, Billie Jean Tumpan and Jolene Robinson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, son, Jimmy Hall and brothers, Edward, Bill and Pete Foley.
Funeral services 11AM Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Andy Dixon officiating. Burial in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, October 7, 2019 from 5-8PM.
Pallbearers will be James Caudill, David Foley, Rusty Foley, Greg Foley, Eddie Wayne Foley, Darryl Foley.
Honorary Pallbearers are Tommy Gill, Wanda Snyder, Judy Foley, Toni Caudill, Glenn Lear, and James Lear.
