Arthur Noel, 68, of Madison County, passed away Wednesday July 26, 2023 at Baptist Health in Richmond, KY. Arthur was born on December 27, 1954 in Campbellsville, KY to the late Samuel and Ruby Murphy Noel.
He proudly served in the United States Navy and spent 4 years on the Blue Angels maintenance team. Arthur enjoyed fishing, traveling, and Florida Gator's Football.
Surviving is his loving wife, Deborah Murphy Noel of Richmond; a son, Brian Noel(Andrea) of Florida; a daughter, Heather Kirsch (Harris) of Florida; and four grandchildren, Daisy Noel, Kayla Noel, Jackson Kirsch, and Madison Kirsch; 2 sisters Ellen Bell (Larry) and Dorothy Thompson (Gary) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM with full military honors at 7:00 PM Wednesday August 2, 2023 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Lancaster.
