Adam Lee Puckett, 40, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024. Adam was born on January 31, 1984 in Covington, Louisiana.
He enjoyed fishing, reading books, and was a very talented artist.
Surviving is his two sons, Jude Levi Puckett and Logan; a daughter, Payten Aubrey Puckett; his mother, Janet Gaubert; brother Clayton Puckett; sister, Hanna Puckett; and step mother, Elaine Monticheck.
Adam was preceded in death by his father, Donald Clay Puckett.
