Ronald Maupin

Ronald Lee Maupin, 75, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Ft. Logan Hospital in Stanford, KY. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty. Ronald was born on April 25, 1943 in Garrard County, KY to the late Robert and Mamie Lee Maupin. Ronald served in the United States Air Force for our country. He was a Electrical Contractor all of his life and attended Lancaster Baptist Church.

Also surviving is are two daughters, Stephania Wagner(Eugene) of Petersburg, KY and Laura East(Stuart) of Lancaster; son, Greg Hollon(Jennifer) ofLancaster; a sister, Judith Browning(Danny) of Lancaster; eight grandchildren: Kaitlyn Wagner, Eugene Wagner, Brett Wagner, Loren Wagner, Elwood East, Jackson East, Aaron East, and Tiara Hollon

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Maupin.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Harold Best officiating.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday December 26, 2018.

Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Elwood East, Jackson East, Gene Wagner Jr., Brett Wagner, Aaron East, and Bobby Browning.

Honorary pallbearers are the granddaughters.
