Patsy Boyd

Patsy Cotton Hume Boyd, 80, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019 at her home. She was born on November 30, 1938 in Garrard County to the late Robert and Willie Prather Cotton. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Boyd.

Patsy was a homemaker and a member of Gunns Chapel Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Deron Hume (Tammy) of Lancaster and Billy Yeakey (Lynn) of Louisville; one daughter, Tamara Howell (Russel) of Tennessee; a brother, Roy Walker Davis (Sue) of Lancaster; nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, widowed husband, Donald Hume and a daughter, Kemitha Hume.

Funeral services 1PM Monday, June 17, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Boyd officiating. Burial in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, June 16, 2019 from 5-8PM.

Pallbearers are Carl Boyd, Chris Sims, Justin Cromer, Caleb Sims, Richard Hume and Russel Howell.
