Mitchell Ray Booth

Mitchell Ray Booth, 61, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020 at his home. He was born on November 1, 1958 in Lincoln County, KY to Wanda Booth and the late Ted R. Booth. 

Mitchell was a member of Drakes Creek Baptist Church. 

Surviving is his loving mother, Wanda Booth of Lancaster; two nephews, Scott Barnes(Kimberly) and Bradley Barnes(Tausha) both of Lancaster; and a niece Jennifer Barnes of Lancaster. 

He was preceded in death by a twin sister, Michelle Barnes.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Earl Thornton officiating. 

Visitation will be 5-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Scott Barnes, Bradley Barnes, Richie Hawley, Rick Cummins, Barry Watts, Jack Lane.

Honorary pallbearers are Garrard County Senior Citizens.
