Mary Jane East, 69, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry.
Mary Jane was born on January 15, 1950 in Boyle County, KY to the late Robert and Willie Caldwell. She was a seamstress for many years.
She was a member of Lancaster Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving is a son, Robbie East(Sandra) of Lancaster; a daughter, Sarah East of Lancaster; a brother, Jimmy Caldwell(Rhonda) of Danville; two sisters, Nancy Bradley(Eugene) of Lexington and Kathy Miller(Bob) of Florida; four grandchildren, Rozalynn East, Charity East, Olivia East, and Ella Terry; five great-grandchildren, Trey Grubbs, Tyler Norman, Destini Grubbs, Taven Howell, and Trinity Medina; Also surviving is many nieces and nephews.
Mary Jane was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert H. Caldwell Jr. and a grandson, Robert Thomas East.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday May 1, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Norm Smith officiating.
Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday.
Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery in Danville, KY.
Pallbearers are Thomas Rector, Michael Burgess, Nick White, Travis Faro, Chris Caldwell, and Eric Marin.
