Karen Arnold

Karen Arnold, 62, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at UK Healthcare in Lexington. She was born December 22, 1956 in Fayette County to James Hogan Arnold of Lancaster and the late Patricia Walden Arnold. 

Karen worked at Baptist Health for years in hospitality and was a member of the Methodist faith. 

Surviving is her father, James H. Arnold and her children, Olivia Gardner of Lancaster, Wesley Cravens (Belen) of Nicholasville and Donna Johnson (Mike) of Lancaster; six grandchildren, Sarah K. Gardner, Gavin Cravens, Marie Slone, Sasha Cravens, Ethan Johnson and Matthew Johnson and the father of her children, Wesley Cravens Sr. 

Funeral services 11AM Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Coppings officiating. Burial in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers are Wesley Cravens Sr., Eugene Brumley, Mike Johnson, Danny Arnold, Christopher Davis and David Arnold.
