Freida Lane

Freida Lane, 83, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Landmark of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon. She was born on February 14, 1935 in Casey County, KY to the late Elvis and Stella Clements Luttrell.

She was a homemaker and a cook at Lancaster Elementary School for many years. 

Surviving are three daughters, Ina Linville(Todd), Connie Chambers(Tommy), and Nancy Luttrell all of Lancaster; eight grandchildren, Steven Lane, Crystal Grimes, Lora Davis, Jeremy Chambers, Courtney Turpin, Brittany Maples, Bristol Chambers, and Tinsley Chambers; ten great-grandchildren, Madeline Grimes, Gabby Davis, Grace Grimes, Jonathan Grimes, Keagan Cupp, Colton Cupp, Briley Chambers, Jalen Chambers, Brooklyn Turpin, andPaislee Chambers.
Freida was also preceded in death by two brothers, J.B. Luttrell, Arvil Luttrell, and a sister, Faye Gillock.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Maggard officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday. 

Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Steven Lane, Crystal Grimes, Lora Davis, Jeremy Chambers, Courtney Turpin, Brittany Maples, Jonathan Grimes, and Keagan Cupp.
