Charles Hart

Charles Hart, 67, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Carol. Charles was born on December 23, 1950 in Ware, Massachusetts to the late Clifford and Lena Beausoleil Hart.

He was a production control manager for the Norton Company in Massachusetts and Donaldson Corporation in Alabama for over 40 years. Charles was a member of Lancaster United Methodist Church where he was the chairman of the Ministry Team.

Also surviving are two sons, Eric Hart of Massachusetts, and Matthew Hart(Jamie) of Danville; three daughters, Kristen Hart of Lancaster, Sandra Green(Adam) of Nicholasville, and Kathryn Robinson(Nathan) of Georgia; one brother, James Hart(Cindy) of Florida; a sister, Beverly Benoit(Daniel) of Georgia; ten grandchildren, Lauren Weko-Hart, Andrew Green, Destin Hart-Johnson, Kadence Hart, Lukas Hart-Johnson, Kieran Hart, Emma Green, Kaylynn Johnson, Elijah Johnson, and Hayden Hart.
Charles was also preceded in death by two grandchildren Cameron and Aaron Green.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dave Terry officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday.

Active pallbearers are Eric Hart, Matthew Hart, Adam Green, Nathan Robinson, Chad Adkins, Nathan Cournoyer, Joshua Cournoyer, and Don Bullard.
